The framework agreement aims to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the implementation of urban project management missions, including:

- Taking over the file

- Updating the PRO studies on defined sectors

- Preparing the Tender Dossier (DCE)

- Providing assistance to the project owner for the award of Construction Contracts (ACT)

- Supervising the works (VISA – DET – AOR – DOE and OPC missions)
