Subject DNS

The subject of the DNS is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, through which DIAMO, a state enterprise, will repeatedly award public contracts (sub-contracts) related to the Metada Platform. The DNS is divided into four separate categories. A supplier may apply for inclusion in one or more categories, provided they meet the conditions set for the respective category. The DNS is divided into the following categories:

Category 1 Metada Platform Licences

This category will primarily award sub-contracts including:

• the acquisition of new licences, the extension of the number or scope of licences and licence rights;

• the renewal, extension or change of the licence period, subscription, maintenance and related production support;

• the delivery of licence keys, rights, registration data and documents proving the legal origin of the licence;

• basic licence interaction without separate implementation or modelling deliverables.

Category 2 Implementation Work for Metada Platform

This category will primarily award sub-contracts including:

• the installation, configuration, parameterisation and deployment of the platform or its components;

• the design and implementation of metamodels, models, catalogues, links, roles and workflows;

• integration with DIAMO's information systems, data migration and transfers, testing and acceptance support;

• processing of technical, configuration and operational documentation, knowledge transfer and support for commissioning.

Category 3 Consultancy and Analytical Work

This category will primarily award sub-contracts including:

• the analysis of needs, processes, data and application links and the design of the target solution;

• consultation on architecture, governance, modelling methodology and the use of the Metada Platform;

• the design of standards, rules, metrics, reports, catalogues and related documentation;

• model reviews, methodological support, expert opinions and development proposals without a predominance of implementation work.

Category 4 Training of Metada Platform Modellers

This category will primarily award sub-contracts including:

• the preparation and implementation of user, modeller, methodological and administrative training;

• practical exercises, training materials, knowledge verification and training evaluation;

• official vendor-certified training and certification exams, but only if explicitly requested in the sub-contract notice.
