Romania – Various medicinal products – ACHIZITIE ANTIBIOTICE SI MEDICAMENTE CHIMIOTERAPEUTICE DE UZ DERMATOLOGIC, MEDICAMENTE DIVERSE 2026 -2028 (ACORD CADRU 24 LUNI)

Purchase of dermatological use antibiotics and chemotherapeutic medicines, various medicines 2026-2028 (24-MONTH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT) in accordance with the attached tender dossier. Conclusion of a supply framework agreement valid for a period of 24 months. SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS WILL BE AWARDED MONTHLY, SEMI-ANNUALLY, QUARTERLY OR FOR ANY PERIOD COVERED BY BUDGET AVAILABILITY, DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, without reopening competition. The quantities provided in the tender dossier are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on the average consumption of previous years. THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND THE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS ARE LISTED IN ANNEX NO. 1 TO THE TENDER DOSSIER. Number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 DAYS. The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The quantitative and qualitative receipt of the product is made at the final destination, namely Municipal Hospital Campina - Hospital Pharmacy. In the event of any quantitative shortages or qualitative differences, the beneficiary has the right to claim this through the purchaser within 48 hours of the opening of the parcel(s) containing the product and the supplier undertakes to complete/replace the product within 24 hours. The validity period of the medicines is at least 6 months from the date of delivery.
