The contract, management and maintenance of building-bound installations of Deltion College, is being tendered in its entirety. The tender concerns the maintenance and management of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering installations. This is a system of installations that, as a whole, supports the functions of the buildings and is therefore tendered as a whole. Deltion College is housed in eleven buildings with a total gross floor area of approximately 120,000 m2 gfa. The total of spaces consists of educational spaces, practical rooms, general (traffic) spaces, two parking garages, office spaces and other spaces. The contract concerns the management and maintenance of all building-bound installations.
