Romania – Utility vehicles – Furnizare Autoutilitare 4x4

The subject of the contract is the acquisition of 6 (six) 4x4 utility vehicles for the modernisation of the vehicle fleet, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications in the tender dossier. The procedure is organised in lots: Lot 1: Acquisition of 3 (three) 4x4 Pick-up utility vehicles, N1 bodied, automatic gearbox, 5 seats; Lot 2: 4x4 Pick-up utility vehicle, N1 bodied, manual gearbox, 5 seats. The requested vehicles will be new, year of manufacture 2025 or 2026, unused, delivered in the conditions set by the award documentation and the public procurement contract, with respect to all applicable technical, safety, homologation and environmental requirements. The requirements set out in the Tender Dossier are minimum mandatory requirements. Bidders have the obligation to demonstrate the conformity of the offered products with all the minimum requirements set for the lot or lots in which they participate. Insofar as certain technical characteristics are presented by reference to a market benchmark, these have an exclusively indicative role for defining the level of performance sought by the contracting authority and are not restrictive, any equivalent solution that ensures at least an equal level of performance, functionality, safety and compliance being accepted. Estimated total value without VAT 988.165 lei. Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe set out in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet, namely 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
