Sweden – Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment – Support IP-TV

Sweden Radio is procuring support and maintenance services for existing IPTV and video equipment used for monitoring world events and off-tube reporting of sports. The equipment is operated and managed internally by Sweden Radio and is primarily located in Radiohuset in Stockholm. The support shall include, for example, fault resolution (2nd/3rd line), support in the event of incidents and disruptions, advice on configuration and version issues, and, if necessary, on-site measures. The support relates to equipment and components according to the list below and includes both physical hardware and virtual server components linked to distribution/contribution in Sweden Radio's environment.
