The IT-DLZ intends to procure open-source file hosting software and operate it independently on existing server infrastructure. The solution should not replace existing tools – particularly Microsoft 365 and Outlook/Exchange – but rather specifically supplement them with the function of password-protected, time-limited file exchange with internal and external partners.
