To efficiently, qualitatively, and methodologically organise market and needs research in the coming years, external expertise will be called upon through this framework contract. This task includes, on the one hand, providing advice and conducting analyses in the context of both planned and ad-hoc market and needs research (Lot 1), as well as developing and maintaining databases and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making in the form of a Survey Tool (Lot 2). This is a framework agreement with one contractor.
