Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – HOAI Leistung §53 TGA Löschwasseranlagen

The contracting authority – Rheinbahn – intends to award the contract for the design of non-statutory required mist water suppression systems for tram depots at 2 locations, one in Lierenfeld with approximately 19,200 m² and one in Heerdt with approximately 13,700 m², through an open tender. The remuneration will be based on the HOAI. Proof of the provision of phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI for mist water suppression systems of a similar scope must be provided by references of at least two systems that have been completed within the last five years.
