The Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement or delivery of various mobile devices on a leasing basis, based on the present call for tender. The delivery will presumably include smartphones (each with an Android or iOS operating system) with a belt clip, wrist strap, charging station and, in some cases, a support package in various versions, as well as tablets in various configurations with a wrist strap and charging station or, in some cases, a support package. In this regard, the search for candidates will take place as part of the announced 1st stage of the procurement procedure. In the following 2nd stage, the candidates already selected in the 1st stage are to offer the delivery services on a leasing basis and it is planned to subsequently award the contract to the best bidder.
