The AG is seeking an experienced media and communications agency for image, sales, communications and marketing services for the joint campaign mobil.nrw. The contractor (hereinafter AN) has two tasks: to advise the KCM on the strategic development of mobil.nrw and to develop and implement campaigns. All the instruments of modern communication should be used to address the various target groups (general public, business, associations, municipalities, multipliers, occasional users and commuters in classical public transport and other flexible services) in a target-group-appropriate manner. The various subject areas should be designed to match the respective target groups and communication opportunities as closely as possible.
