Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na pokrycie deficytu budżetu w roku 205 oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań

1. Granting a long-term loan to cover the budget deficit in 2026 and to repay previously incurred liabilities.

2. Loan activation by 29 December 2026.

3. Repayment of capital instalments – grace period in 2027, from January 2028 monthly – by the end of each month, in the period from January 2028 to December 2044.

4. Loan amount: 10,148,966.00 PLN. The contracting authority reserves the right to activate the loan in tranches depending on the needs of the contracting authority.

5. Interest payable monthly, by the end of each month, based on the bank's notification of their amount, provided at least 10 days before the payment date – notification in written form or sent to the address [email protected].

6. Loan interest rate – WIBOR 1M + bank margin. For the purpose of preparing the offer, it is necessary to assume WIBOR 1M as of 25.06.2026 in the amount of 3.78%, the actual number of days in each month and in each year, and the activation date of 29.12.2026.

7. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the repayment schedule (after prior submission of a positive opinion from RIO) and to make an early, pre-term repayment without additional charges and commissions.

8. Loan security: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.

9. All payments arising from the contract will be payable in Polish zlotys.

10. The contracting authority informs that it has the appropriate opinion of RIO, which it has placed on the internet page of the procedure.
