The Central Finland Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) is procuring supplementary dental care services for a dental care team consisting of a dentist and a dental nurse. The subject of the procurement is oral healthcare services provided at the service provider's premises. The service involves the procurement of basic dental care for adult patients who require comprehensive care or semi-urgent care. The service is provided by a dental care team consisting of a dentist and a dental nurse at the service provider's premises. The service must be available as a local service in the area of the City of Jyväskylä. The services to be procured can be provided on weekdays between 8:00 and 20:30 as a local service at the service provider's premises. The service can also be provided on weekends and public holidays between 8:00 and 20:30. The service provider is responsible for the complete implementation of the patient's basic comprehensive care, including: examination, diagnosis, treatment plan (including a preventive care plan), and the actual dental care. Semi-urgent care may, for example, involve repairing fractures or other symptomatic treatment. The service does not include dental hygienist services or specialist dental services. The contracting unit does not commit to any specific procurement quantity, but the quantity to be procured depends on the need. The targeted start date of the contract period is 1.10.2026. The contract is for a fixed term of 24 months. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the option to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year option periods. The total duration of the contract is a maximum of 48 months.
