The city of Netphen intends to carry out the energy renovation and partial new construction of the leisure pool N-FLOW. As part of this, project management services are to be procured. The swimming pool consists of an indoor and outdoor pool and additionally includes a physiotherapy and fitness area. The existing physiotherapy and fitness area is to be retained and modernized. The indoor pool with sauna area and the outdoor pool will be renewed. The aim of the new construction of the leisure and indoor pool in Netphen is to replace the existing, structurally and technically outdated infrastructure with a modern, energy-efficient and barrier-free new building. The new building will include a modern sports pool, a teaching pool and the necessary functional, technical and ancillary rooms. Details can be taken from the scope of services, which is part of the tender documents. The construction and planning costs (net) for the overall measure are estimated as follows: 36,506,988 EUR. Lot 200 Preparation and Development: 1,150,000 EUR, Lot 300 Building - Building Construction: 18,146,000 EUR, Lot 400 Building - Technical Installations: 7,877,800 EUR, Lot 500 External Facilities and Open Spaces: 1,500,000 EUR, Lot 600 Equipment: 300,000 EUR, Lot 700 Construction Incidental Costs: 7,533,188 EUR. Total net amount: 36,506,988 EUR. The award is subject to the approval of funding. The current project calculations are based on the assumption that funding in the amount of 8,000,000 EUR can be acquired. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the project scope accordingly if the funding is not approved in full or in part, for example by the cancellation of the sauna. Compliance with the funding requirements must be ensured at all times. The funding notice will be part of the tender documents. With regard to the description of the service, the contracting entity is guided by the service profiles of the HOAI 2021. Further details are regulated by the contract.
