Romania – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Servicii de proiectare pentru elaborarea Proiectului Tehnic și a Detaliilor de Execuție, verificarea tehnică de calitate a proiectului și asigurarea asistenței tehnice din partea proiectantului pentru realizarea obiectivului de investiții „Dezvoltarea infrastructurii de agrement prin construirea unui parc acvatic în comuna Borș, județul Bihor”

The total value of the services provided in the General Specification for design activities and related services, within the project financed through the Financing Contract No. 566/14.08.2026, concluded with the Regional Development Agency North-West, is determined on the basis of the General Specification related to the Feasibility Study and the project budget and amounts to 884,235.00 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the contract which is the subject of this procurement procedure is 884,235.00 lei excluding VAT, a value against which the offers will be evaluated, determined by the summation of the following categories of services: Subheading 3.5.6 – Technical Project and Execution Details: 742,500.00 lei excluding VAT; Subheading 3.8.1 – Technical Assistance from the Designer: 47,900.00 lei excluding VAT; Subheading 3.5.5 – Technical Quality Verification of the Technical Project and Execution Details: 93,835.00 lei excluding VAT. Total: 884,235.00 lei excluding VAT. Bidders will have no obligation regarding the values of the components, these being indicative, the offer being compared as a whole with the estimated value of the contract. The technical assistance services from the designer, amounting to 47,900.00 lei excluding VAT, provided under subheading 3.8.1 of the General Specification, are part of the subject of this procurement procedure and will be provided during the execution of the works, under the conditions provided in the award documentation and in the contract. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation notice and in the procurement data sheet. The deadline by which interested economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted within the set deadline, to the extent that they are necessary, the responses to be published within the timeframe provided in the award documentation, respectively, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Clarification requests will be submitted through the SEAP, under the conditions provided in the award documentation. For the facilitation of the analysis and formulation of responses, clarification requests will also be submitted in editable format.
