In the context of the development of the Mansfeld site in Clausen, the mansion located at 53, Allée Pierre de Mansfeld, will be transformed into a cultural and social centre. The scope of the project is approximately 4,310 m3. The mission includes the renovation of the mansion and the construction of an extension. The project consists of a 140m2 multi-purpose room attached to the house, small meeting rooms, a fully equipped assembly kitchen and a smaller kitchen. The building is composed of a basement level, two above-ground levels and an attic level.
