The Municipality of Buzău is implementing the investment project "Increasing Urban Mobility through the Realisation of a Transport Hub and Bus Depot in the Municipality of Buzău", SMIS Code 339587, funded through the South-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, European Regional Development Fund, Priority 3 — region with reduced carbon emissions, Specific Objective 2.8 — Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility, Action 3.1, based on the Financing Contract No. 344/29.04.2026 concluded with the South-East Regional Development Agency as the Managing Authority. The investment consists of the realisation of a set of buildings and external arrangements on the land located at Șoseaua Brăilei, CF No. 72696, with an area of 98,782 sq.m., including 8 main construction components: C1 Intermodal Terminal (P+1E, 540 sq.m.), C1.1 Bus Station Canopies (643 sq.m.), C2 Park & Ride Parking (P+2E+ETh, 1,712 sq.m.), C3 Dispatch (127.8 sq.m.), C4 Workshop, Repairs and ITP (2,068.4 sq.m.), C5 Administrative Building (P+2E, 916 sq.m.), C6 Fuel Station/Charging (660 sq.m.), C7 Bus Wash (621.2 sq.m.) and C8 Bus Parking Canopies with integrated photovoltaic panels (6,890.4 sq.m.), plus Object 2 — active mobility infrastructure and Object 3 — external arrangements, with a total built area of 14,162.8 sq.m. and a deployed area of 21,341 sq.m. The works contract will be concluded in accordance with HG No. 1/2018 (general and specific conditions FIDIC adapted Romanian). “The duration of the service contract is 24 months, from the date of issuance of the Order to start the provision of services. Within this period, the provision of services is structured into three successive phases, which do not accumulate, but represent stages of the same contractual period: — Phase I – Pre-construction and mobilisation: the first 30 days of the contract, from the Order to start the provision of services until the issuance of the Order to start the works; — Phase II – Supervision of the execution of the works: from the Order to start the works until the date of completion of the works, within the contract duration; — Phase III – Reception upon completion of the works, finalisation of the technical book and the Completion Report: 30 days from the date of completion of the works, within the contract duration. The services related to the warranty period of the works are not the subject of the present contract, these being ensured by the Contracting Authority through own resources, in accordance with HG No. 1/2018. The duration of the contract may be extended, by additional act, in correlation with the effective duration of execution of the supervised works contract, under the revision clause established through the award documentation, in accordance with Article 221(1)lit. a) of Law No. 98/2016.” Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are made within the timeframe set out in Chapter I.1) NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT POINT(S), section — Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications, namely 18 days (before the deadline for submission of tenders), the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarification 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
