This contract concerns the mutual acquisition, within a purchasing group, of an integrated business software solution that must include the following solutions: financial management (GF), human resources-payroll management (GRH), citizen relations, civil status, population management (GRC) and ancillary applications, for the services of the Sauer-Pechelbronn Community of Communes, 23 member communes, and other bodies attached to the communes (land associations, management, syndicates, etc.).
