Germany – Telephone and data transmission services – Vergabe von Errichtung und Betrieb einen Gigabitnetzes im Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald

The Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald is awarding the planning, construction, and operation of an effective, expandable gigabit infrastructure to provide reliable 1 gigabit/s symmetric telecommunications services at underserved addresses in the Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald, with a grant of a viability gap funding in accordance with the guideline "Promotion to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" (Gigabit guideline) of 26.04.2021. The corresponding funds have already been provisionally approved. In addition, the Landkreis has applied for and been provisionally approved for co-financing under the guideline for the promotion of the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Gigabit promotion guideline – GigabitFöRL M-V).
