Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is procuring Medical diagnostic small devices: blood pressure monitors, stethoscopes, thermometers, alcohol meters, pulse oximeters and carbon monoxide and oxygen meters for the Central Finland cooperation area; Kanta-Hämeen and Pirkanmaan wellbeing areas (excluding the Etelä-Pohjanmaan wellbeing area), for Istekki Oy, Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy and Coxa Oy. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract may be extended indefinitely after the initial contract period. The estimated start date of the contract is November 2026. The procurement contract is made by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and the suppliers Pirkanmaan wellbeing area, Kanta-Hämeen wellbeing area, Istekki Oy, Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy and Coxa Oy. The buyer can make purchases for itself and its affiliated entities under the procurement law. The procurement is divided into fourteen (14) sub-areas. 1. Digital ear thermometer and compatible single-use probe covers, professional use 6. Digital ear thermometer, professional use, hypothermic patient 7. Digital, contactless forehead thermometer, professional use 8. Digital axillary/rectal thermometer 9. Ear thermometer device-specific protective covers 10. Alcometer and compatible mouthpiece, for demanding professional use 11. Finger pulse oximeter 12. Portable saturation meter/oximeter (so-called bedside saturation meter/oximeter) - child (≤18 y.) 13. Portable saturation meter/oximeter (so-called bedside saturation meter/oximeter), adult 14. Single gas carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen (O2) meter The supplier may submit a bid for one or more sub-areas. The estimated total value of the procurement for four (4) years is 1 500 000 euros. The annual consumption figures stated in the invitation to tender are estimates and may vary during the contract period. The figures are based on previous one-year consumption data. The announced annual procurement quantity of the products may vary, the figures are indicative and the buyer does not commit to any specific order quantities.
