**NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO ADJUSTED SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR PHASE 1**

The competition will be conducted as an open, two-phase implementation competition according to RPW 2013 and a subsequent negotiated procedure according to §§ 14 Abs. 4 No. 8, 80 of the Regulation on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV), where the subject of the negotiated procedure following the competition is the award of general planning services. The 1st phase is open to architects. Further specialist planning of the 1st phase is possible as consultants/specialists. The jury will select a maximum of 20 participants from the 1st phase to advance to the 2nd phase, who must be reinforced by landscape architects in the 2nd phase. The Berlin Chamber of Architects has advised before, during and after the competition in accordance with RPW 2013. The award of the registration number AKB-2026-07 by the Berlin Chamber of Architects confirms that the announcement conditions comply with RPW 2013.
