Germany – Spare parts for goods vehicles, vans and cars – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von KFZ-Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterial

For the Police of Lower Saxony (workshops of the Central Police Directorate of Lower Saxony, the six police directorates, the State Criminal Police Office and the Police Academy) and the Police of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, a framework agreement with a contractor for the supply of vehicle spare parts and consumables is to be awarded. The contract includes the supply of the Police of Lower Saxony with all types of vehicle spare and wear parts (accessories or non-OEM parts), operating and consumable materials, as well as vehicle-specific spare parts (brands: Mercedes-Benz, Opel, Volkswagen, BMW etc.) and vehicle-specific tools. The framework agreement includes both the core range specified in the Technical Part of the Performance Description (Part B) including the tender form, and a corresponding supplementary range. The possibility of procuring items from the portfolio of the future contractor that go beyond the core range will be available in the future through the request of a so-called supplementary range. The supplementary range includes items from the following product groups: operating materials (oils and lubricants), consumables, vehicle spare and wear parts, workshop equipment. The supplementary range is to be submitted using a digital dealer catalog or a list of articles from the bidder, including the respective discounts granted per product group. The exact scope of the actual supplementary range will be specified between the contracting authority and the contractor after the award of the contract. Further authorized users for this framework agreement will be the 6 police directorates of the state of Lower Saxony, the State Criminal Police Office of Lower Saxony, the Police Academies and the State Police of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
