The Kymenlaakso well-being area is establishing a dynamic procurement system similar to a dynamic purchasing system, where the subject of the procurement is the procurement of services for the elderly. This is an electronic procurement procedure, designed by the procurement unit in accordance with Section 12 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The system is established as a procedure similar to a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). This is a call for participation related to the procurement. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in the attachment "Description of the Procurement Procedure" (Attachment 1) to the call for participation. To participate in the internal tender competitions of the system, a service provider must submit a participation application by responding to this call for participation. Submitting a participation application does not commit to submitting a bid. The subject of the procurement in the dynamic procurement system is the following classes: Class 1: Year-round service housing for the elderly Class 2: Community living for the elderly: home care in community living Class 3: Participation applications cannot yet be submitted for this sub-area Class 4: Participation applications cannot yet be submitted for this sub-area The procurement unit reserves the right to establish Classes 3 and 4 later during the validity period of the dynamic procurement system. A service provider may submit a participation application for one or both classes. The procurement unit aims to tender both classes (Class 1: Year-round service housing for the elderly and Class 2: Community living for the elderly: home care in community living) within the system by the autumn of 2026.
