Finland – Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; lighting – Helen Sähköverkko Oy_Toisiouusinnat 2027-2028

The subject of the procurement is the protection and automation systems of Helen Sähköverkko Oy's (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) Salmisaaren 110 kV, Suvilahden 110 kV and Viikinmäen 20 kV substations. Helen Sähköverkko Oy will modernise the protection and automation systems of the Salmisaaren 110 kV, Suvilahden 110 kV and Viikinmäen 20 kV substations during the years 2027–2028. The Salmisaaren 110 kV substation has a 14-bay ABB 110 kV ELK-04 GIS switchgear and the protection and automation system is mainly the systems delivered by Siemens in 2002. The Suvilahden 110 kV substation has a 20-bay Siemens 110 kV 8DN8 GIS switchgear and the protection and automation system is the systems delivered by Siemens in 2006. The Viikinmäen 20 kV substation has a 47-bay Siemens 20 kV NxPlus switchgear and the protection and automation system is the systems delivered by Siemens in 2006. The aforementioned protection and automation systems will be replaced in this contract as a "turnkey" delivery. In addition, the substation identification systems will be changed to comply with current practices. Bidders will be required to have sufficient experience in substation projects of a similar scale. The preliminary content of the procurement is described in the invitation to participate and its annexes. The documents related to the procurement and their content will be supplemented during the procurement process and the final procurement subject and requirements will be presented in the final invitation to tender.
