The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies in the sense of § 130a paragraph 8 sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicines Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 paragraph 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the discount. There can be an unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 paragraph 18 of the Medicines Act as contractual partners.
