Belgium – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – DÉMÉNAGEMENT DU MOBILIER, DES ARCHIVES ET DE LA BIBLIOTHEQUE DE LA FONDATION CIVA ET DE LA FONDATION KANAL

Type of contract: The present contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21°, of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. Subject of the services: the moving of the Goods of the CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) and of KANAL to the new building of the museum KANAL-Centre Pompidou/CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE). Comment: The present contract is a joint contract, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, launched by the Foundation KANAL and the Foundation CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE). It aims to designate movers for the moving of the Goods of the Foundation KANAL and of the Foundation CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) from their current location to the new site of the museum KANAL-Centre Pompidou. KANAL is a project carried by the Brussels-Capital Region. Located in the former Citroën garage on Yser, along the canal, KANAL will become a 40,000 m² art centre with a multitude of spaces dedicated to modern and contemporary art, architecture, dance, cinema, performance, music, gastronomy, study and contemplation. In this art centre, the CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE), the Information, Documentation, and Exhibition Centre of the City, Architecture, Landscape and Urbanism of the Brussels-Capital Region, will join KANAL to present exhibitions and organise various activities (conferences, colloquia, film screenings…). The CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) is both a museum, an archive centre, a library, a meeting place, a mediation and discussion venue on architecture, landscape, urbanism and ecosystems. Currently located in Ixelles, the Foundation CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) has a large collection of archives, a library and its offices which will need to be moved and installed in the new museum building. The same applies to the offices of the Foundation KANAL, currently located opposite the new building, Square Sainctelette. The services expected from the contractor include all operations related to a move, and at least: - Packing; - Handling; - Loading and unloading of boxes, trolleys and furniture; - Palletisation/depalletisation; - Transport; - Delivery of boxes, pallets and furniture to the rooms of the building indicated by the contracting authorities. Service delivery locations: Departure sites  For the CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE): - Main site: rue de l'ermitage 55, 1050 Ixelles (hereafter referred to as the "Site 1"). - Secondary site: Sint-Lukasarchief, rue Vanderlinden 22, 1030 Brussels (hereafter referred to as the "Site 3").  For KANAL: o KANAL offices: Square Sainctelette 11/12, 1000 Brussels (hereafter referred to as the "Site 4"). Arrival site:  Main site: Building "museum KANAL-Centre Pompidou/CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE)", quai de Willebroeck 6, 1000 Brussels (hereafter referred to as the "Arrival Site"), in the spaces indicated by the contracting authorities. A plan of the various spaces in the museum building KANAL-Centre Pompidou/CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) is attached in annex 7 (7_Plans).  Secondary site: o Brussels Port depot, rue Dieudonné Lefèvre, 2, 1020 Brussels (hereafter referred to as the "Site 2"). The contract includes in particular:  For the CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE): - the moving of the library and archive collections, shelf by shelf; - the moving of archive pallets; - the moving of part of the conservation furniture.  For KANAL: - the moving of the offices, office supplies and all the items, archives and library contained in Site 4. All the Goods to be moved for the contracting authorities are listed in annex 1 “1_liste_lots”, annex 2 “2_description_lots_ARC”, annex 3 “3_dexcription_lots_BIB”, annex 7 “7_KANAL_Archives_Bibliothèque” and annex 8 “8_KANAL_Mobilier” of the present Terms of Reference. The Goods of the Foundation CIVA (KANAL ARCHITECTURE) have been divided into lots (see annex 1 “1_liste_lots”). Specific moving instructions are associated with each lot.
