This contract, governed by the present Special Administrative Clauses Document, concerns the subscription of insurance contracts for the needs of the Public Local Company (SPL), Tours Événements. Context: Tours Événements is a company dedicated to event activities, which hosts and organises scientific, economic, cultural, sporting and recreational events, of local, national and international scope. The organisation has two distinct sites, the Palais des Congrès and the Parc Expo, sites designed for all types of events. The Tours Événements team, consisting of 69 employees, makes its expertise available to users of the two sites to enable the design and implementation of varied events. This consultation therefore aims to select: - Insurance intermediaries (General Agent or Broker) who will be responsible for placing the contract, managing it and settling claims, - Or mutual insurance companies or mutual insurance companies without intermediaries, which will cover the various insurance risks of the contracting authority in the exercise of its functions. This contract concerns the coverage of the following risks: - Property damage insurance, - Public liability insurance, - Cancellation insurance, - Directors' and officers' liability insurance, - Fleet insurance, - Two-wheeler insurance, - Cyber risk insurance, - Image protection insurance.
