Description

The present contract is divided into four distinct lots, namely: • Lot 1: Electric tow tractors; • Lot 2: Electric potable water and sewage suction trucks; • Lot 3: Electric towbarless pushback tractors for aircraft; • Lot 4: Electric ground power units (GPUs). Tenderers may submit an offer for all or part of the lots. In accordance with Article 58 of the Royal Decree of 18 June 2017 "relating to the award of public contracts in the special sectors", discounts and improvement proposals are not allowed in the event of an offer for several lots. For each of the lots, the contract will also cover the following elements: A guarantee for a minimum period of five (5) years, further detailed in Article 3.10. Training of personnel according to the following modalities: Technical training of 10 mechanics; Training of a trainer for all staff (+/- 3 people). This training must be given in French at the time of delivery of the GSE. Training will only be provided upon delivery of the first order. However, if, in the coming years, the vehicles undergo a major evolution, it will then be essential to provide new training. Comprehensive maintenance for eight (8) years on each vehicle subject to the present contract (see Article 4.4). In total, over the duration of the framework agreement, the estimated number of vehicles ordered will be: • For Lot 1: 26 electric tow tractors; • For Lot 2: 3 sewage suction trucks and 3 potable water trucks; • For Lot 3: 10 electric towbarless pushback tractors for aircraft; • For Lot 4: 4 90KvA battery GPUs and 2 28V electric GPUs.
