Fördern & Wohnen is a social enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg with around 2,200 employees and over 200 locations. From emergency accommodation to assisted living: in our 6 areas of work, we support the homeless and refugees, people with mental illnesses and disabilities. For people who find it particularly difficult on the housing market, we create housing. To meet the legal requirements of the Building Modernisation Act (GModG), the hydraulic balancing of the heating systems must be ensured in the area of rental and property management (and in the further course also selected locations "Public Law Accommodation (ÖrU)"). This is mandatory, in particular, for the construction, modification or optimisation of heating systems and serves the energy-efficient inspection and optimisation of heating systems to ensure economical and energy-efficient operation on a permanent basis. To ensure a uniform, economical and always short-term available performance, a framework agreement with one or more suitable bidders is to be concluded. The services are to be called up in a needs-oriented manner via the framework agreement. Three lots are planned: Lot 1: Heating Load Calculation, Lot 2: Hydraulic Balancing, Lot 3: Replacement of Thermostat Valves. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 2 years with the option of 2 extensions of 1 further year each to a maximum of 4 years.
