Poland – Architectural services for buildings – ZZK-NZ/241/3400/108/26 Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na remont i przebudowę budynku gminnego położonego we Wrocławiu przy ul. Kołłątaja 31.

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost documentation for the repair and reconstruction of a municipal building in the scope of constructing an external shaft for a personal lift (elevator) at ul. Kołłątaja 31 in Wrocław, in accordance with the CPV nomenclature (Common Procurement Vocabulary): 71240000-2 Architectural, engineering and planning services. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 Stages, where: 1) Stage I – is the guaranteed stage, 2) Stage II – is the stage subject to the right of option, in accordance with Article 441 of the Pzp Act. 3. The scope of the contract in Stage I (guaranteed) includes, among others: 1) inventory of the building, stratigraphic survey of the facade, ornithological and chiropterological opinion, 2) 2 (two) different concepts of building reconstruction in the scope of adaptation for the needs of people with disabilities (construction of the lift), 3) agreement with the Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków of the concept chosen by the Contracting Authority, 4) architectural and construction design along with the design of the land development or site/location plan showing the location of the investment (hereinafter referred to as the architectural and construction design). 4. The scope of the contract in Stage II (right of option) includes, among others: 1) preparation of design and cost documentation including: a) multi-disciplinary technical designs, b) work items, c) investor cost estimates, d) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter referred to as STWiORB), 2) obtaining and transferring to the Contracting Authority the decision of the Wydział Architektury i Zabytków Urzędu Miasta Wrocławia (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) for the building permit along with the confirmation of the submission of the application in WAiZ UM for the issuance of a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and transferring to the Contracting Authority the certificate of no grounds for objection to the intention to carry out construction works in accordance with Article 30(5aa) of the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law, 3) performing author's supervision during the execution of construction works covered by the prepared documentation. 6. The contract execution period is: 1) Stage I (guaranteed): within 5 months from the date of the contract conclusion, 2) Stage II (subject to the right of option): a) within 11 months from the date of the contract conclusion - preparation and transfer of design and cost documentation as well as obtaining and transferring to the Contracting Authority the decision of WAiZ UM for the building permit along with the confirmation of the submission of the application for the issuance of a certificate that the decision has become final/ certificate of no grounds for objection to the intention to carry out construction works, b) author's supervision over the execution of construction works covered by the prepared design and cost documentation – for the duration of the construction works, but no longer than for a period of 36 months counted from the date of obtaining the final decision for the building permit/ certificate of no grounds for objection to the intention to carry out construction works.
