The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests, covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, tourist development, meadow and agricultural management, road maintenance, nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the area of the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2027. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, nursery management, seed production, road maintenance, tourist development and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex No. 2, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. – evaluation of the value of the contract for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. – compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter. 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow and agricultural management" Annex No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of meadow and agricultural management" Annex No. 3.7. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of fire protection" The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, in the special conditions relating to a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
