The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal streets, pavements, squares, and internal roads within the city of Gołdap, as well as roads and pavements in the rural areas of the municipality of Gołdap. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into four parts. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts to which potential contractors may submit tenders, nor does it specify the maximum number of parts to which the contract may be awarded to the same contractor. Contractors may submit tenders for each of the designated parts of the contract. 3. Description of the contract parts: 1) Part 1 – winter maintenance of municipal streets, squares, and internal roads within the city of Gołdap. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal streets, pavements, squares, and internal roads owned by or under the management of the municipality of Gołdap within the city of Gołdap. This involves carrying out works exclusively upon the request of the contracting authority, which will each time specify the scope of the areas to be maintained during the winter. Total length of streets to be maintained in winter – 19,025 m, which amounts to 113,845.00 m2. Total area of pavements designated for snow removal – 36,370.50 m2. Total area of squares and internal roads to be maintained in winter – 59,571.00 m2. A detailed description of the method of implementing the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, while the list of areas designated for maintenance is Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. 2) Part 2 – winter maintenance of roads in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal roads and pavements in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap, designated as sector No. I. Total length of roads to be maintained – 68,895 m. A detailed description of the method of implementing the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ, while the list of areas designated for maintenance is Annex 3.2 to the SWZ. 3) Part 3 – winter maintenance of roads and pavements in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal roads and pavements in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap, designated as sector No. II. Total length of roads to be maintained – 44,170.00 m. A detailed description of the method of implementing the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ, while the list of areas designated for maintenance is Annex 3.2 to the SWZ. 4) Part 4 – winter maintenance of roads and pavements in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal roads and pavements in the rural area of the municipality of Gołdap, designated as sector No. III. Total length of roads to be maintained – 67,855.00 m. A detailed description of the method of implementing the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ, while the list of areas designated for maintenance is Annex 3.2 to the SWZ.
