Subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of one (1) server for building an AI/ML environment in the infrastructure of the Buyer, along with the Manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months. 2) The delivered device and its components must be factory new and unused, produced no earlier than 8 months before the delivery date, and free from physical and legal defects. The offered components must be compatible and listed on the server manufacturer's compatibility list. The server must not be on the Manufacturer's "end-of-sale", "end-of-support" lists as of the date of the offer submission. 3) The offered device must have a permanent, factory-applied CE marking by the manufacturer. It must originate from a legal source and be delivered through the manufacturer's authorized sales channel within the European Union, and the Buyer's use of the delivered product must not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the Buyer's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order – Annex No. 1 to SWZ, 2) draft contractual provisions – Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
