1. The subject of the procurement is the "Complex Insurance Programme for Chełmskie Linie Autobusowe Sp. z o.o. for the years 2027-2028". 2. Type of procurement: service. 3. The subject of the procurement is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary with the CPV codes: 66510000-8 insurance services; 66515000-3 damage or loss insurance services; 66516000-0 civil liability insurance services; 66516100-1 motor vehicle civil liability insurance services; 66514110-0 motor vehicle insurance services; 66512100-3 personal accident insurance services. 4. The subject of the procurement has not been divided into lots and includes: a) All-Risk Property Insurance (AR), including insurance for: - property from theft, burglary and robbery, - glass and other glass items from breakage (damage); b) All-Risk Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI); c) Civil liability insurance for business operations and property ownership; d) Compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (OC p.p.m.); e) Comprehensive vehicle insurance (AC, AC/KR); f) Insurance of the consequences of accidents to drivers and passengers of motor vehicles (NNW). 5. The contracting authority does not envisage the application of the option right. 7.
