This public contract is a contract for services. The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of the insurance policies for Persons, Material Damage, Liability, Car and healthcare for the municipality, OCMW and AGB Oosterzele. The Municipality of Oosterzele acts as a purchasing centre for this contract, in the sense of art. 2, 6° of the law on public procurement of 17 June 2016.
