Graphic support services, with a focus on DTP work, typesetting and illustrations

The service provision consists of the following daily work:

- Preparing documents, letters and brochures to make them print-ready or ready for publication, whereby the contractor technically perfectly combines texts and images for both print and digital media.

The service provision consists of the following monthly work:

- Creating illustrations for magazines, cards, brochures, occasional printing work…

Occasionally, services can also be procured for:

- Preparing, producing and applying typesetting and stickers for various carriers: windows, cars, panels...

- Preparing, for example, annual reports, care folders, cards… to make them print-ready or ready for publication, whereby the contractor technically perfectly combines texts and images for both print and digital media.

- Preparing and producing various communication materials, for example, totems, banners and baches, roll-ups, flags…

The focus is on the quality of the technical execution according to the house style of UZ Gent. The contractor must fully execute the communication material according to the specifications of the house style: layout, typography, colour use, placement of the design elements...

The contractor works structurally with the Communication and Events department and its other partners.
