Germany – Call centre – 1875-UP-Contact Center Lösung

The BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI" or "Contracting Authority = CA") is considering awarding a framework agreement for the time-limited provision of software licenses (lease) incl. software maintenance and support (as a subscription model) as well as implementation, migration and training services for a Contact Center solution for its own use and the end customer Bundeswehr (hereinafter: "Bw") with an approximate value of 4,000,000 Euro net (upper limit: approximately 6,000,000 Euro net, see Annex 1 to EVV_Contract Value Estimation) through an open procedure according to § 14 para 2 VgV. The contract will be concluded with a basic term of four years.
