Poland – Ambulances – 17/2026 "Zakup ambulansu ratunkowego z napędem na cztery koła 4x4 wraz z zabudową medyczną, systemem transportu pacjenta oraz wyposażeniem niezbędnym do realizacji zadań przez ZRM"

The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 new factory-built type C medical ambulance with 4x4 drive, complete with full medical superstructure, patient transport system, medical equipment, and teleinformatics equipment intended for the work of a medical rescue team. The purchaser envisages an option right, including the possibility of purchasing 1 additional type C medical ambulance with 4x4 drive, with superstructure and equipment, meeting the requirements specified for the ambulance covered by the basic contract. The exercise of the option right is the entitlement of the purchaser, not their obligation. Non-exercise of the option right will not constitute a basis for the contractor to make any claims against the purchaser. The ambulance supplied under the option right must meet all the minimum requirements specified in this OPZ for the basic contract. Detailed technical and functional requirements will be specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract - attachment no. 8 to SWZ.
