France – Construction work – Marché Global de Performance portant sur la rénovation de la cité administrative de Melun

The present consultation concerns the award of a performance-based contract (MGP) under a competitive dialogue procedure for the renovation of the administrative centre of Melun. In accordance with the applicable provisions, the MGP will combine design, implementation, operation and maintenance services to meet energy performance, certification and service quality objectives.
