France – Consultative engineering and construction services – PRESTATIONS DE MANDAT DE MAITRISE D'OUVRAGE CONCERNANT LES BATIMENTS ET LES COLLEGES DEPARTEMENTAUX _ 3 lots

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The present contract has for its object to entrust the contractor with services for the management of the departmental buildings and colleges for urgent works, maintenance, major repairs and new works. The framework agreement has for its object to entrust the mandatee, within the limits of the programme and the financial envelope of the operation, by contract of mandate of project management, the exercise, on behalf and for the account, of the assignments listed below: - The definition of the administrative and technical conditions according to which the work will be studied and executed; - The preparation of the choice of the project manager, signature of the project management contract after approval of the choice of the project manager by the project owner and management of the project management contract; - The approval of the preliminary designs and project of the project manager; - The preparation of the choice of the contractors, signature of the works contracts after approval of the choice of the companies by the project owner and management of the works contracts; - The payment of the remuneration of the project management mission and the payment of the public works contracts; - The follow-up of the execution of the works contracts; - The acceptance of the work; - In general, the accomplishment of all the acts related to these assignments.
