Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Tacrolimus (ATC: L04AD02)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Tacrolimus (ATC: L04AD02) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". Under the condition of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a discount contract according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed and signed the requested participation documents in full.
