The scope of this contract relates to project management and supervision. The objective of the contract is: • to provide process guidance (project management); • to provide supervision of the work execution; • to ensure compliance with the realisation agreement. The contract includes the following tasks in three phases, with the planned dates (these may still change): 1. Demolition phase: o Register, monitor, assess and decide on additional and reduced work, including execution control; 2. Construction phase: o Register, monitor, assess and decide on additional and reduced work, including execution control; 3. Maintenance phase: o Control content, completeness and formal revision of completion certificates and handover documents; o Guide and control maintenance and warranty periods; o Provide maintenance. Project management and supervision relating to the disciplines of construction coordination, building engineering, construction, (fire) safety, ICT, building physics, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
