Re: Invitation to Tender for Architect Led Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy Services (including the buying in of other services as required) for: PHASE 1 Works: the full electrical strip out and re-wire of the building including replacement of distribution boards, lighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting and data, all associated builder's works, fire-stopping and compartmentation upgrades, upgrade of drop ceilings, remedial painting and decorating, all other associated remedial works.
