The awarded Contract concerns the management and hosting of the national emergency number for gas and electricity (0800-9009) and the associated premium-rate number (0900-9009111), including the central IVR environment, routing, management portals and links with the contact centers of the Regional Network Managers (RNBs). The Contractor will be contracted by NB NL for the full telephony service provision, including the handling of calls, management of the IVR environment, routing of calls to the correct RNB or the CCI, and provision of the sectoral management platform.
