Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2025-05

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts under § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products named in the respective lot. The subject of the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicines under § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.06.2025 (any deviations in start times are determined by the information provided for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.05.2027 (possible exceptions are determined by the information provided for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
