The subject of the present contract for services is the provision of a Managed Cybersecurity Service to be incorporated and implemented in the Ayuntamiento de Sagunto, with the aim of achieving its comprehensive protection. With this contract, it is intended to define and implement the OTC Technical Office of Cybersecurity, which will be formed by the New Technologies Department of the Ayuntamiento de Sagunto together with the successful contractor, so that an Operational Technical Office is available for the development and monitoring of the processes of Management, Prevention, Detection and Response to cybersecurity incidents, through the implementation of Integrated Managed Security Services. Therefore, the OTC is expected to provide direct, continuous and cross-cutting support in terms of management, coordination and continuous improvement of information security and protection, as well as an element of assistance and support in the normative, assistance and compliance processes in the life cycle and integral process of corporate cybersecurity. It is intended to ensure that the Technical Office of Cybersecurity does not only contemplate a reactive service, but a strategic structure coordinated between the successful tenderer and the management of the municipal OTC for the development and implementation of good governance, risk control, support, assistance and continuous improvement, aligned with the ENS and with real capacity for integration and coordination over the municipal organization.
