Chapter 2 of the descriptive document. The Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences has estimated the volume of the Framework Agreement at € 95,000.00 per year (excluding VAT). This estimate includes an additional margin to accommodate any additional demand, for example from research centres that carry out laboratory research. However, the research activities of these centres depend on government subsidies, making the annual uptake neither structural nor predictable. For this reason, an additional margin has been included in the total estimated value of the Framework Agreement.
