Greece – Systems support services – ΔΕΑ-526082_ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗΣ, ΕΠΕΚΤΑΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΑΚΟΥ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS

The subject of the present notice is the provision of maintenance, extension and hosting services for the ADMHEE-CIS Information System, which is provided by two interoperable subsystems, the IaaS subsystem (hosted on the ADMHEE-CIS Development Provider's infrastructure) and the SaaS subsystem (provided by SAP on an SAP Cloud node in Europe). 2. The subject includes the following services/supplies: • Services: - Undertaking extension/modification tasks of the existing functionality of the ADMHEE-CIS (excluding the Human Resources Management, Payroll and Time Attendance sector, where the need is maintained only for access to the relevant data for the purpose of creating Reports), - Maintenance/support of the ADMHEE-CIS for three (3) years. • Software Licences: Supply of the necessary SAP usage and Maintenance licences of the Perpetual type (in the case of new, additional licences) & Annual Subscription for the IaaS & SaaS environments. • Hosting: Continuation of the operation of the ADMHEE-CIS for three (3) years on an IaaS infrastructure chosen by the new Provider, in the form of equivalent time rent. The IaaS infrastructure must have at least an equivalent structure and the same or better performance as the existing ADMHEE-CIS infrastructure.
