France – Procurement consultancy services – ACCOMPAGNEMENT FONCIER - Ligne C / Ligne Aéroport Express / Connexion Ligne B

The present consultation follows a fruitless declaration from the previous consultation. It aims to establish the terms governing the mission to support the Client in all the steps and formalities required for the temporary or permanent occupation of the real estate assets necessary for the implementation of the projects of the Toulouse metropolitan metro, namely: - Airport Express Line, - Line B Connection (CLB) - Line C (formerly known as the "3rd Line"). - All the works having been declared of public utility and urgent. The contract takes the form of a single-supplier framework agreement with order forms, awarded under Articles L2125-1, R2162-1, R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded with a maximum amount in accordance with Article R2162-4-2° of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 945 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. The services listed below will be the subject of order forms drawn up as needed, based on the prices listed in the Schedule of Unit Prices (BPU). The operation is managed by Tisséo Ingénierie on behalf of and for the account of Tisséo Collectivités. As an indication, the notification of the framework agreement is scheduled to start from October 2026.
