As the contracting authority, the SECD launches the present Contract Notice to select an economic operator who will deploy, within the adidas arena, a cash register and payment system in line with the need expressed in the consultation documents, the implementation and execution modalities of which are set by the present Contract Notice. Candidates are informed that the missions described in the present Contract Notice are divided into three categories: (i) functional, (ii) technical and (iii) operational. Among the mission elements listed in each of the specified categories, some are not mandatory and are considered as options. The options are thus clearly identified in the present Contract Notice.
